Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item arrived with a manufacturing defect:

• We will replace it with the same item.
• If the item is no longer available, you may choose:
• A refund, or
• A replacement item or different color of equal value.

Please send photos so we can assist quickly.

Shipping Fees

• Return/exchange shipping costs are shouldered by the customer.
• For international orders, shipping fees and any customs charges will also be shouldered by the customer. We can assist with courier arrangements, but customs fees are beyond our control.

Refunds

• GCash/bank transfer payments will be refunded directly.
• Credit/debit card refunds will follow bank reversal processing, which may take additional time

• Low heat iron only
• Avoid machine washing with items that may cause fabric pilling or snagging (e.g., jeans, towels, zippers, velcro).

For best results, wash inside out and air dry. This helps keep your shirt’s fabric smooth and prints looking sharp.
